[WeRacing App] User Agreement

This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and [Changsha Weipai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd] (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Developer") concerning your download, installation, access, and use of the [WeRacing] mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "this App") and the related services provided through it (hereinafter referred to as "this Service").

Please read each provision carefully and fully understand its contents, especially those clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as those regarding applicable law and dispute resolution. When you click "Agree", "Accept", or a similar button, or when you actually download, install, access, register an account, or use this App and its services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please immediately cease using this App and its services.

I. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of this App and its services. We may from time to time issue other service terms or rules with respect to this Service, all of which shall form an integral part of this Agreement.

II. User Eligibility and Account

  1. Eligibility Requirements: You must be at least [18] years of age and have full civil capacity to use this Service. If you are a minor, you may use this Service only with the consent of your guardian.

  1. Service Description: This App provides services including but not limited to [iRacing data query, comparison, and statistics; iRacing telemetry upload and comparison; team management, etc.].
  2. Usage Licence: We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to install and use this App on your personal device solely for personal and non‑commercial purposes.
  3. Service Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue part or all of the Service at any time. We will notify you in advance through in‑App notifications or other means.

When using this App, you shall not engage in any of the following:

  1. User Content: You retain all intellectual property rights in the content (text, images, videos, etc.) that you upload, publish, or share through this App.
  2. User Grant: You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
  3. Content Responsibility: You warrant that the content you upload does not infringe any third‑party intellectual property rights, and you assume full responsibility for the legality of such content.
  4. Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
  5. App Intellectual Property: The source code, interface design, trademarks, and other intellectual property of this App are owned by [Company Name].

VI. Disclaimer

  1. This App and its services are provided on an "as‑is" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or entirely error‑free.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Service.
